Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your official System Of A Down apparel; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring the inclusion of all original inserts and labels.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
